Thanks for sharing this project. I doubt I will ever take such project on but it is nice to see what these motors look like. Different than my 351 C Mach 1 I had.

You're right man, it's definitely a different little beast than the old carbureted engines.

Was that the original clutch, and how did it look up close, Ken?

 

Yes sir that's the original clutch and flywheel. Both looked severely worn. The clutch was ready to go anytime, IMO.

I'm upgrading to the McLeod RXT twin disc clutch and McLeod Al flywheel.
