Maybe it's just me. I put in a small order for some of the GT500 tail light trim (actually the tail lights, deck lid light, and the 2 quarter lights) so only about 119 bucks but unlike most places where you put in your credit card number and the stuff is sent i got a note to pront and hold a page and that I would be called to confirm my order and set up shipping and payment???? This was on 12/21 so with Holidays etc I suppose there could be some delay but as of today no call yet and nothing to look at but my paper I printed out. I actually called them and was told this was normal by the person on the phone so I've sat and waited. I really would like to get some other dress up items that are coming out in the future from Shelby too for under the hood and I am looking into their suspension package too but if it's this hard to get an order filled for some tail light trim I think I may have to take business some place else. I'm not trying to cause problems here but am interested if anyone else has ordered from them online and seen this before and what the normal turn around time is? I have an Order No. 1402 but don't know what that means either. Just a quick edit to say that SA is closed through Jan 2nd so that makes me feel better....it means they only ignored my order for a day before the shut down and are not still sitting on it while there working all day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
