How many Terlinguas are going to the Bash?

TRT 0403

Recommended Posts

We had 5 (production) bunnies together in Terlingua, all built by Quantum. :happy feet:

Just wondering if we will beat that number in Vegas...... :shift: adding cars from Vegas and Tasca. I know of three so far.

If you are going, are you signed up for the track??

If possible I'll sure pay the postage for the cd.

If one takes to the track, and we are on hand at the time, we will record a video for sure.....

I'll bring my dash cam and Jim will probably do the same.

We will be there, but unfortunately the bunny will be staying home. My SGT will be a SGT/SC by then and will be there with track time. I wish I could work out both cars there, but I couldn't.

No problem, we have you down for 2011.

Whelp, being on the other "coast," won't be at the event.

However, as VB posted, sharing any track time videos would be fantastic!!!

We understand Blip, we just want to see you on the road one of these days. :happy feet:

Dewayne, as you know, I am the go-to man for unattended, driver-less Shelbys. I normally would not make this offer, but I am willing to drive the bunny to Vegas for you (and drive it while in Vegas also). I guess if I had to I might be able to trailer it, but that kinda takes some of the fun out of it (for the car, that is...).

This offer is for a limited time only, so act fast - operators are standing by.

This kind or truly selfless act brings tears to my eyes.

Still waiting to see if my Terlingua is totaled out from the hail storm

Couldn't tell from the photos how bad the damage was, hope you don't lose the Bunny.

(If it is totaled, will you try to buy it back and then rebuild it?)

It might have some dimples, but they didn't slow it down.

Good luck with the ins company!!!

Insurance is covering everything. If they total it out (and it's pretty close with all new body panels (all Ford replacement panels & not aftermarket) , a new hood, windshield, stickers & stripes) I plan on buying the salvage, fixing it then molest the Terlingua in ways that are obscene :D Long tube headers, larger radiator, new coolant tanks, and some stuff we're making up. Going for 12-14 lbs of boost. Either way, we're going to molest the Terlingua to make it the fastest Terlingua around!

oh..and BTW: Mythbusters proved that a dimpled car gets better MPG than a smooth car by 37%. So Team Golf Ball wins!

:hysterical: still finding humor in it all - way to go Rick! Hope the Terlingua is tearing up the road again very soon - looking forward to seeing and hearing about the new mods. :shift:
