Probably out put on a few miles,Like he should be.

Just returned home after picking up the car.

I did put a few miles on it.

There are now a total of 46 miles.

This car exceeds all my expectations.

I was able to get my requested license plate: 2007

What a great Christmas.

..and a hearty congratulations :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet:

We have a consistent trend here, one of the first sentences out of every shelby owner's mouth is either how great it is, or how it truly exceeds what they were expecting or hoping for :banana piano:

What part of the PNW are you?

A friend of mine has a Ford GT, also Ebony with Tungsten stripes.

We have just been invited to have both cars in the 2007 Rod and Custom

Show in Medford Oregon in February 2007.

Hope to meet you at some event.

Congrats We willbe waiting for pictures & your thoughts

To cold out for photo's.

Some thoughts:

Car has a much higher quality than I thought it would have.

I purchased my first car in 1953 and have had and still have a number of special cars.

This one is truly a treat. Much more than I could have hoped for.

I was a little disipointed in the power but I looked in the supplement

and saw that the Shelby Gt500 contains a feature to limit supercharger

boost pressure and engine speed to 4000 RPM for the first 50 engine starts.

"If neither of these condidtions have been satisfied prior to customer

delivery, full power will not be available". I estimate that I have another 25 starts.

I have the Convertable and was very pleased with how little wind noise there is.

Car has a lot of comfort appointments that I was not aware of.

I thought this was a race car that I would take out once in a while

but I think I will use it more than any of my other collector cars.

I hope every one else that has one of the great cars or is waiting for one will be as pleased

as I am.
