GOTSVT?
I personally know 2 people that have had nothing but problems having their Shelby worked on there. One is a poster on here. His car has been back 4 times in a row for the same problem, all within a month.

GT500-07
I've had two Shelbys built by them, both well worth the wait.
Boombatz
Tasca Ford has had a 40+ Year relationship with Ford .... they basically invented the Cobra Jet (if your not familiar w/ Tasca) Tasca Cobra Jet article In my opinion, Tasca is one of the top Ford Mod shops on the East Coast. Highly recommended !
2010 Grabber Blue Shelby
I know someone that had a pully intercooler done there and all is well.
sgt2343
Hello! Please advise if any of you have taken your cars to be modified at Tasca, and what have you had done to your cars. Please also let me know what you recommend based on your experiences, good and bad. Tasca Ford upgraded my 2007 Shelby GT to a Shelby GT/SC 550hp back in march of this year. I was there for three days in and out of the shop, (more in the shop than out). I'm a mechanic by trade and I can tell you that Dennis and his crew at Tasca Ford can't be beat. I to highly recommend Tasca Ford.
Doug_GT350
I have been trying since July to get my SGT upgraded to a GT/SC, seems like one excuse after another. Evidentially they don't need work.

Evidentially they don't need work. I take that back!!! I got the call today, Billy got the brakes in and my car goes in on the 26th of this month for the GT/SC conversion. :happy feet: :happy feet: I would recommend Dennis at Tasca in a heart beat .. rown4au
I had my SS conversion and some additional work done there over the winter and spring of this year. I have had a few minor issues but Dennis and his guys have handled it well and while they may take some time to get back to you, they take pride in what they do and it has been my experience that Dennis will not sell ANYTHING unless he personally feels it is a solid quality product that won't cause you or him problems down the road. I would definitely not have had my SS conversion done if I had not met Dennis and he had taken the time to talk through my goals for the car and discussed how to make sure I ended up with what I wanted. In my experience he is very honest and will tell you what he thinks of mods and how different mods interact without regard to squeezing you for a couple extra bucks for something you don't really need. My suggestion is to talk to Dennis or even better go see him and talk through what your looking to do and go from there. I think after meeting him you will feel more comfortable with sending your pride and joy to Tasca. By the way he may look like he is 12; but the guy knows his stuff! ...couldn't resist Dennis Jaime

dgomes
Dennis is this quote correct? I don't want to spread untrue rumors. I know Billy is the guy to contact for the conversions, but I'm unsure of your exact status. Well when we first started the Mod Shop I was all hands on from Oil Changes to engine builds and Tuning then as the company started to grow we hired 3 certified Ford Tech's to pick up the hands on work while I did all the tuning and customer service work.. At that time Billy was given to us full time from our Ford Parts Department to handle Performance Parts only. As business started to pick up even more and I started to spend more and more time on the dyno and race track the phone calls and emails started backing up big time and that is when Billy came in to save my neck and answer the phones calls, emails and set up appointments. Sorry for the long story, to shorten that up.. Yes call Billy with questions or to setup an appointment.. He is nicer than me anyways.. Thanks, Dennis

carrera
I had my Super Snake done at Tasca a year ago and had the rear brakes and single piece drive shaft done this past Oct, Their work is carefully and professionally done and their customer service is second to none.I have found Dennis and Billy to be both knowledgeable the cars and patient with my questions. Believe me there's a reason I drive to Tasca from NY for all my work. Dennis knows more about these cars than anyone I've met

cobraengineer07
Guys, If you are thinking about where to take your car for conversions, upgrades, tunes or anything involving your Mustang, there really isn't any other choice but Tasca. Their motto "You Will Be Satisfied" are not just words. I drive 350 miles roundtrip for even minor work but it is worth the trip. They just know the cars, know what works and what doesn't so you don't waste time experimenting. Dennis knows these cars better than anyone I've met and I'm a 35 year Mustang owner and tinkerer. Eric's customer service is second to none and their mechanics know these cars like they were from the Ford Assembly Line............Don't Think Go To Tasca. Thanks Guys for all the Mods and Maintenace work. The car runs great. Todd
