Torched10
I havent had issues hooking up like some have had.I am wondering could it have to do with the dfference in weight ratios between the coupe and verts. The coupe i believe ive seen at 56:44 and the verts are 50:50.Have you folks with verts experened better launches,or is my car just slow
ChrisSD
Verts aren't 50/50. Coupe is 57/43 vert is 56/44 I believe. Or 1 point higher on each side.

F150 Duke
Instead of weight differences could it be a difference in suspension and tires?
ChrisSD
Instead of weight differences could it be a difference in suspension and tires? Verts are softer, this aids weight transfer which should improve launch.
Torched10
In my pursuit of trivial info,i found a refernce that shows verts at 52:48,and coupes at 58:42--whatever that means. The input on the softness factors and smaller wheels must be the reason. If i just completlty floor it fro, m a full stop, i just bearly get a chirp. If i dump the clutch at 2000 it leaves alot more rubber, and if i go thru the first 3 gears it will move me sideways, and finally,if Im in 1st or 2nd and hit it, ill leave rubber easily if i floor it.
