Guy Owns 3 Super Snakes?

Recommended Posts

Interesting.

Seller lists the car as new and says he has the MSO for them but according to CarFax all three cars were sold in Texas.

Perhaps they were never registered? They are for sure not registered in California. Seller appears to be a broker.

Wish him the best trying to move three of them at $92k in this economy.

He quite possibly may have the MSO's to the cars, however they probably have been coveyed to him with his ownership stated on the back and released and notorized by the selling dealer. As far as I have been told, SAI will not perform any package on cars that are not post title, which a conveyed MSO should qualify as such.

Unfotunately for anyone that buys one of his SS's with just a MSO, most states do not allow transfer of MSO's from one retail owner to another for the purpose of collecting taxes and fees.

I love Team Shelby :yup: Thanks for posting that.

You are absolutely correct on that. I should have remembered that SS's are post title cars and California is one of those states that wont accept a MSO transfer from a previous retail owner.

This person is a broker. The cars were purchased through a dealership in Texas. The cars were delivered within the stated time frame. The owners, oversees, decided they were going to do 2010's and wanted to unload the cars as they may have promised them sooner by the broker. These cars left our facility 2 month's ago.
