09KR0058
Every time I clean my KR, its such a pain in the butt to clean the brake dust & dirt out of the recessed lettering on the aluminum wheels. I'm scared to use any kind of brush, for fear of eventually getting scratches on the wheels. How do you other KR owners do it?
clark17357
No KR in my garage but I would suggest using a pressure washer from a respectful distance and that will do the trick. A pressure washer, used from a distance, produces a gentle spray of water and only becomes forceful when you get close. Should work like a charm. Jim Yeah, I thought about that, but was hoping for another idea. Its a pain to haul out my pressure washer, hook it up and use it for just a couple of minutes. Imatk
That worked perfectly. Thanks I'd be careful with a toothbrush, I use Q-Tips on my SS wheels, squirt a little detail spray in there or just some simple soap and water with the Q Tip works lieka a charm.
