But when i think about the GT that I have and how fun it is to drive, I stopped looking.. Yes it needs a little more power, but to me the handling is what I like most about it. One thing about this car when I go to a cruise night in my area it is the only one that show's up. I went to a car show last Saturday that my church puts on every year. This event is highly advertised and open to the general public. There were over 130 cars at this event from all walks of life and vintage. There were Fords, Chevys, Dodges, one Austin Healey, Model A's & T's, old pickups, street rods... Not only was I the only SGT...I was the only Shelby period. To make everyone feel better, have you seen the sticker price on a new 2010 GT? The one at our show had a sticker price of $37K. Not far from what I paid for my SGT.
