SHELBY1
Just got an e-mail from my dealer. He got a call today from the factory rep saying he was scheduling the Shelby(mine) today. They are a small dealership that is getting only 1 2007 Shelby GT500. I put my deposit down in April, when I ordered the car. I was supposed to be a Q1 2007 build. Looks like it will be close. If it was scheduled today, with the Xmas Holidays approaching, I'm assuming it will be built sometime in January. With striping and transport delivery, seems like mine could show about February sometime. I think I'll call CS and see if they have any additional info. Finally getting closer to the car's arrival!!! Alloy Dave
My order is suppose to be pulled on 04DEC06. Will this be a job 1 or job 2 vehicle? TIA It's unclear what the word "pulled" means, but most likely you'll be a job2. Typically "pulled" means that your order will be scheduled within the next "round"...I think they pull a month's worth of production at a time. If they "pull" yours on 04DEC, you may not be built until January. Dave

They have to run all the "common" white stripes and then add a little tint for my one of a kind silver striped torch red exotic. hehehehehehe

I agree with everyone else .. If your car has been scheduled I would assume it will prob be built after x-mas. Once the car goes to the plant to get built ... days get longer. My car was built early Nov and released from the plant mid Nov. I finally got my rail car number last night ... and a real eta of 12/08 ... so its getting closer ... Congraulations ! One last thing .... Have u been told if yours will be a 07 or 08 model ??? dond

Silver stripes are a regular production option on the torch red vehicle...they are no different than any other color. Tint? Dave
