svtkeith
Wow he was lucky...We've got them around here and they are not easy to kill...The only time we watch out for them is when they have there cubs in the spring they can get damn nasty...Other than that they kinda stay away from you...Also when you have cookouts they will come around after to look for food...Again he was one lucky guy to throw something at it and kill it...That was one in a million kill. clark17357
Jeff, Way to correctly title the piece. The link speaks to the man being an "ex" Marine. As my Dad once said (WWII Marine, South Pacific) "Ain't no such thing as one of those unless they received a DH discharge." Jim
Boss Doctor
Jeff, Way to correctly title the piece. The link speaks to the man being an "ex" Marine. As my Dad once said (WWII Marine, South Pacific) "Ain't no such thing as one of those unless they received a DH discharge." Jim True that! I never really got the distinction between an ex-Marine and a former Marine until after my discharge. Twenty-three years later I still carry the mentality and habits of a Marine, (except for the running crap...I hated running).
