Hey guys,

i've been a daily reader of the forum for the past three weeks

and i must say that you guys have been great, its the only way i

have been able to keep my sanity, i ordered a 2010 shelby (kona blue with

briliant silver stripes) on may/20 and have been anxious ever since.

I haven't recieved my vin yet obviously since many of you guys have been

waiting alonger time than i have and haven't recieved yours as yet.

But if it wasn't for the information from you guys, i would have

been completely in the dark, thinking my dealer was the biggest

crook ever!

Now i am waiting as patiently as i can, expecting to recieve my car

before years end. I now realize that ford has alot of work to do

when it comes to customer relations, nevertheless i am still loyal to

the car that i've been dreaming of since i was a child. I'm 25 yrs old

and this will actually be the first car that i will call my own so i'm not

letting this whole fiasco ruin my first experience of owning my first car.

Cobra010, I really feel sorry for you bro,

i can't believe that ford has been so

irrisponsible in their procedure,

my whole thing is if you tell me i have to

wait five or six months, no problem

as long as i know, but this whole "i don't

have an answer or its on its way!" is

the most unprofessional way of doing

business, me and my dad have a business

and its been growing for the past 10yrs,

i would never give my customers the

run around, even if it is something they

might not want to hear, just be honest

and people will respect you for it, just

trust your product and you'll be fine......
