So this is an upfit for a standard Mustang GT? 05-09 or 05-10? Does this car get a CSM?

Ken, you really got to read more.... :hysterical: Just kidding you buddy!

"Serialized dash and engine bay plaque"

Unless they have a new hood and grille ready to go, I would imagine that this would just be through 09 for now. Anyone?

PS...Welcome to our new group of Shelby enthusiasts which get this package!

That's alot cheaper - Thanks. I just wonder if what will fit the bigger brakes. The offset and backspacing are different on the american muscle and the FRP

Edit: Although the web site says they will fit

Why wouldn't they, after all it is powered by ford, just like every other mustang. Ford builds them just as they build the GT500s and the SGTs. Shelby just adds their parts after the car is built.

Because up until now the Shelby GT is the only car that received the PBF badge en masse.

If any regular MGT can be sent to Shelby for this SR upgrade, I'd really rather that it didn't end up with the same badging that the SGT has, if for nothing else but to help distinguish the 2 cars from one another.

Steering wheel maybe, but I'll pass on the front grille. Love my 65-66 GT 350 style grille.

+1 on the grill

I bought my SGT in large part due to the retro Shelby throwback styling. The grill is a key element to the overall resemblance to the 65-66 GT350, IMO.
