shelbymotorsports
The Dodge dealership that Carroll is part of is having its franchise agreement pulled by Chrysler. They are one of the 789 dealerships Chrysler wants gone under bankruptcy. For those of you that don't know Carroll teamed up with Bill Murphy back in the 90's. The dealership is/was Murphy Shelby Dodge and is located in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles. Below is a link to a list of the dealerships Chrysler is closing. shelbymotorsports
The Dodge Dealership here in Tallahassee Florida is NOT on the List. I couldn't get the search feature to work on that list but from browsing the list it appears that Texas got hit the worst. Then the eastern states like PA. twobjshelbys
Wow, that sucks. What was the reason given, or nothing more than a global "because"?

ingram4868
It is sad for all of them. One day you have a business that has a cash value, the next day you have nothing except property tax bills and debt from maintenance and improvements. shelbymotorsports
ours is closing......they said by June That's the even crazier part, Chrysler is only giving these dealers a couple of weeks to liquidate their inventory. Chrysler wont take or buy back the cars sitting on the dealers lot which means they have to sell them at a loss of find another dealer willing to purchase them. Might be some good deals for the consumer but I don't expect fire sales on the Viper or Challenger. Steve
