Mustang_Scotty
I finally take the SGT out to the Firehouse today for work and when I bring her in everyone looks at her and wouldn't you know it someone points out I am missing one of the 4 screws from the hood pins on the hood. Anyone know where I can get them?
azmartin
Ace hareware has the exact same stainless screws at our store. Most ace hardware stores have large hardware sections. Also call Bud, SAI, he may have extras or someone on the site may have some from a hood swap or ? Good Luck.

DrKSGT
I finally take the SGT out to the Firehouse today for work and when I bring her in everyone looks at her and wouldn't you know it someone points out I am missing one of the 4 screws from the hood pins on the hood. Anyone know where I can get them? I suggest being careful when putting the new screw in. I have one that stripped while putting the Billet Hood pins in. I am goint to look at riveting now. replace them with rivits no more corrosion that way its what i did with mine and it looks great and flows with the hood scoop now. Greaser, Can you post pictures from outside and inside of hood? There is an entry in the Shelby GT, GT-H Modifications and Tech. forum but it is confusing as to direction rivets are inserted. Front two holes do not go through the inner layer of hood material indicating head is exposed in the plate.. Size you used would be great. Anyone know where I can get them? It's not just you , my SGT it's also missing one of the screws on the hood pins. I tried to get the dealer to fix it for me , but they've been "working on it " for a year now. Another dealer told me that they also sold a few cars with missing screws on the hood pins. I haven't been able to find one myself.

greaser
ok the rivets are 3/8" aluminum here are some pics. no pulling or wrinkling of the hood because they only go thru the first layer of hood.

Thanks for the pictures. Method does make sense. Are rivets dome head and stick up a little or have a countersink head to form a flush mount. They do look quite flat. I may have to go up one increment in length due to added thickness of the billet plates. Thanks again. DrKSGT
