gradona
Does anyone have any experience with the FRPP shifter handle part # M-7213-J ? My question is, Do I have to adapt the shift boot somehow to this handle? Below is a picture of the handle I'm talking about:

My question is, Do I have to adapt the shift boot somehow to this handle? Below is a picture of the handle I'm talking about: No need to do anything to the boot - the neck of the boot fits in that little grommet that's pictured on the left of the handle. The grommet slides over the handle to accommodate the boot.

FiaCobra
I have the exact same handle and knob. The stock cover will fit but it'll take a lil' muscle. I love it.

I know the offset is gone so it pushes the handle back; just wondering because of my height, I have the seat all the way back now and not sure if this will be an issue. How tall are you guys that have installed this and like it?

How tall are you guys that have installed this and like it? No issue for me. I really like how it's positioned with the FR short-throw shifter - doesn't row back as far as the OEM shifter, but I didn't have any issues with the OEM shifter either. I'm 6'2" but I don't have the seat all the way back.
FiaCobra
I'm 6' and no issues. Seat is not fully rearward either but probably close.
