Took off thursday and friday from work and I.ve been out driving around . Have to show everyone that has been asking me if I got the car yet.... :shades:

I'm finally getting used to the 6 speed. i must get a short throw shifter for it. I already installed the redline elite stainless hood props, makes it easier when everyone wants to see whats under there.

The first pics are when they just unloaded it and the rain had stopped followed by picking it up at the dealer after they prepped and cleaned it. Then of course finally at home with the rest of the family... :banana piano:

I already have about 95 miles on it. I keep finding reasons for going somewhere. This thing is awsome, power great ,really is a true muscle car.

Even so I can't wait to take it to the next level. (stage 4 from Evolution)

Then a few tweeks from Steeda.

Not sure about the wheels yet ,I actually like these more than I thought I would.

Does the supercharger become functional at 200 miles via the computer?

It really has nothing to do with the supercharger, it just restricts engine power probably based on throttle position and rate or quickness of the accelerator movement.Like Mastermech1 said ,it changes with around 6-8 miles of continuous driving or 30 start-ups. Then your free to let it rip.

Super Sweet.

I like your garage.

That lift looks very handy, what a space saver, what dit it cost installed ?

Enjoy your new ride. You deserve it. You earned it. :happy feet:

Rob I bought the lift about 12 years ago. You can get them for about $2500 - $3000 now . I installed it myself , it wasn't dificult at all. it's a great investment, a lot of uses.

I thought it came with a short throw shifter? You mean I have to add another thing to my mod list?

Just looking for something with a real short throw. That way I use the wrist instead of whole arm to shift and saves mili-secs in shift time without slaming the thing. You know less "wear & tear".

  • 1 month later...

Congratulations! my Vista Blue w/ white stripes comes this week.

We can't wait. I thought my husband would trailer it home (about 90 miles) but he said, HXXX no! I'm driving it!

22 year old daughter, and 20 year old son are debating who will ride shotgun first. Guess I will be standing in line!
