Grabber
MSRP is $1910.80, but Team Ford sells them for $1421.64 plus shipping. http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/ind...playCatalogid=0 I had no idea these cost so much. When I cut my X pipe out of mine to install the H-pipe I wanted to have a back up factory original one. I found a used one for $200 bucks that only had 80 miles on it from a member that put headers on right when he got his car. So it's shop art now. dbackg
That is a great idea. I am now in search of matching garage art. However, I was thinking after I get the SS package installed this summer, removing the cats all together. I did this on my 06 GT, www.fordracingparts.com/parts/part_details.asp?PartKeyField=8865 In AZ, one can register their SS with AZ motor vehicles as a "collector car" and never have to go through emissions. Grabber, please let me know if you find more garage art. Why do you have so many push brooms?
vapor08GT500
hehe...told you they were expensive...sold my stock one to a Team Shelby member too...thye start getting inefficient at around 60-70K miles from my experience... Alex
dragpack70
Grabber, I'm glad you cleared this up. When I saw your posts about cutting the original X-pipe out, there was no mention of putting an original one back. I couldn't imagine that you had gone THAT mod crazy! I priced a single converter for my old 1989 F250 a couple of days ago. Ford still wants $1080 for that one. The front catalyst section had burned out, disintegrated, and completely plugged up the middle catalyst section. 35 mph max was as fast as it would run (even down hill). I love the sound of the H-pipe on my car. I am not putting the original one back on anytime soon. B) When I die....someone may want to put the car back to stock form. MY500SS
This reminds me of the picture game Where's Waldo . How many sets of a specific item can you find ? I see 5 license plate frames. Sorry for jacking your thread Rob. I thought this would be fun.

Sorry for jacking your thread Rob. I thought this would be fun. I am digging the push broom selection and the overhead lighting. Explain the bulb arrangment, with the spot in the front and the regular bulb in the back. I am guessing this might be the ultimate set up for detailing! Grabber
I'll buy them. I just PM'd Iceman. Thanks Grabber. SHELBY1. Cool. Are you doing the H-pipe ? Knowing you have a spare X pipe makes it easy to take the sawzall to your car. FYI You can put a shipping tag right on the pipes and send them that way. Shipping thru the US mail was $37 bucks. Like you, I think it's a good idea to have a stock/uncut x-pipe for the future, just in case I or anyone else wants to go back to completely stock. I already bubble wrapped/boxed up the original mufflers. I love the KR's and H-Pipe combo.
vapor08GT500
You guys that are buying and selling these...be sure to bubble wrap them so they don't get banged up!! Then put the shipping label on them. Also, stick some steel wool in these when storing them as animals like to make nests in them..LOL

Wow that's coming down. We didn't have that much but it sure made the air clear. Its like looking through a lens. The air is super clear. We've had some haze from the fires in Canada. So far no fires here. Yeah!
