bdiddle
The new 'classified' section of the forums sucks. Not sure why they destroyed a good thing, but navigating, posting, responding etc....all is terrible with the new system.
SkyPilot
I think they felt the heat of us being easliy able to swap parts around and felt it dinged their new parts/service items sales too much. I am really glad the guys at FRPP are cool and will help us even when we buy from each other. They are not petty and told me someone had to buy new and didn't mind when we swapped stuff around. They said overall everyone was happy and they knew we would buy from them again someday-really nice to do business with someone that had the big picture. Also FWIW I really don't like the new format where you have to keep clicking away to read all the posts to a thread-it's too much work. I liked the old way we had it where all you had to do was scroll down to read a thread. Is there a way I can option my computer to have the old format and I missed it? Heh, well if that truly was the reason I think they REALLY shot themselves in the foot. There are plenty of forums that have huge "For Sale" sections so all they're doing is driving traffic, and potential customers, away from their site. I have been living with it messed up ever since they did a big upgrade. BTW-do you know what's going on with the classified section? Thanks, Mark
