Just got my car back from Tasca this weekend. :happy feet:

Had the stripes and the hood scoop fixed, minor dent fixed and painted and the "start engine "button installed.

here's a few pictures of the car and a few mods i've done this weekend: clear cornes, stainless steel radiator cover.

When I was there on wednesday, Dennis had a KR500 on the dyno, 712HP at the wheels, making 25 lbs of boost.

And here are some pictures of a few cars that are there.

Do you remember if either of the red GT500's had Ct plates? I can't tell for sure but I think both look like they had HID's and the one without the hood could be mine, as it was ordered with stripe delete but they may ahve just removed the stripes on someone else's car!

thanks

Did you happen to see any other white SGT's there like this one?

I got there at the end of the day , so they're putting all the cars back inside, and i didn't have enough time to look at all the cars.

there where a few cars in the back (including yours) that i didn't get a chance to take a picture. did see your car, but could't got close to see how it was.

Thanks, for the info man, tommorow is the big day, I will be up there around noon, I can't wait to see the dyno numbers, I really can't wait to driver home!!

I wonder if there is a break in period with the supercharger, does anyone know?

Drive it like you stole it...good luck with your clutch.

If you got a new clutch--two schools of thought, get on it like you will all the time from the start or break it in 500 miles. I went with the first option.

No break in period with the supercharger. The last two days I been driving mine a lot (150 miles)and so far I can't get over how much 442 hp at rear wheels can be a lot of fun. I'm all ready saving for tires. Tom

I am going to see how my clutch does on the Dyno, many have been OK, a couple have not. If it continues to slip I will replace it more than likely with the Mcleod twin disk.

My bonus was more than I thought and it gets deposited this coming Friday :happy feet: :happy feet: :happy feet:

Spoke to Dennis today and he was standing there watching them paint my hood so yep that was my car. It looks like they will have a lot of cleaning to do before I pick it up but it also sounds like I have a few more weeks of waiting to do!
