David Hawkins
Is anyone here knowledgeable on what is needed to put on an hour long Show on the Internet? I have an idea for a Show. It will be titled after the Magazine I am doing, “TALLAHASSEE CRUISING”. I would invite People to bring their cool Vehicles on the Show and Talk about them. They tell us about the Car, any History they have on it, the Modifications they did to it or had done to it. The Vehicles will be the ones seen at the Cruise Inns and Car Shows in the Tallahassee Area. Vehicles such as Hot Rods, Lead Sleds, Customs, Classics, Muscle Cars, Race Cars, Tuners, Resto-Mods, Antiques, etc. I would also have Guests on that can give Demonstrations on how things are done such as Custom Painting and the different types of Paint, Performance Modifications and why they are done, etc. Local Businesses could pay an Advertising Fee to have their Company Name/Logo placed on a Back Drop Wall. The Businesses would be Automotive Related. The Fee would vary in Price as to the Size and Location of the Advertisement. Car Dealerships and Automotive Accessory Businesses can Pay me to have them on the Show to talk about a special Product that they offer. I would do the Show on a Week Night from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Saturday Mornings would be better but that’s when all the Car shows take place. I am going to try to contact my local Cable Company (ComCast) and see what they offer as in Public Access where I can lease an Hour in the Evening. The Internet Airing may have to do for starting out. David.
SGT/SC#0471
So is it a show or an infomercial...you should figure that out first and go for it. I doubt you will make much money for some time though. Ever seen iCarly the kids show...you should watch it. Good luck!

I think it would be cool to have the Owners of the Cool Cars on to tell all about there Vehicle sence they are pretty much only Driven to Car Shows and Cruise Inn's (Weather Permitted) and many many People don't get to see them. Then the last 5 to 10 Minutes of the Show would be where Business Owners can come on and tell about a new Product that they offer. Yes, I have seen Icarly and thats where the Idea of the Internet came from incase I can't get an Hour on Cable.
