They ride around in multi-million dollar private jets... yatchs... own on avg 30 or more realestate properties each value well into the millions... plus get a $600 million in bonus at the end of the year (not salary... bonuses). They outsource to skirt paying taxes and exploit labor while skimming revenues at the same claiming "Woah is Me", then lay everyone off including the employee in the mail room... while blaming it on taxes and whoever else they can use as a scapegoat. These "smoke and mirrors" tactics (corruption) that were employed by the Robber Barrons and politictions in the early 1900's and led to the "Great Depression" are back in full swing now as a result of de-regulation (no oversight). That's why we are on the verge of another Great Depression again while Fat Cats and Politicians in bed with them made their millions. The sad part is that Small Businesses and "Mom and Pop" are using these very same tactics now. Research the salaries of Fortune 1000 CEO's and Chairmans and you'll get the drift... e.g. look at Barnard Madoff's net worth. Look at all the billions upon billions in TAFT money that went to BoA, Merrill Lynch, AIG Execs, etc as "Bonuses". How much money do these MF'ers need!!! Unfortunately it has trickled down to small business who now follow Corporate America's lead.. cook the books... take the money and run just like he said. If structured properly, most businesses should get refunds due to asset depreciation, expenses and other write-offs etc... Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see... If you had a business that was being taxed into oblivion and you had a choice to make cost cuts (incl layoffs) or out-source you should continue your business at a loss instead? Mom and Pop businesses are the backbone of our economy not the cause of it, yes there are crooks out there but you are making the same argument as those who want to repeal our second amendment; “let’s make sweeping changes to something that works because of a few that don’t play by the rules”. The law enforcement agencies that protect our kids from pedophiles and publish their where abouts in our communitees. Is that Socialism? The Military is run by the government, does that mean I'm a Communist? How obtuse is it when we say "Oh that's all we need is more government telling us what to do?" I think the government should regulate Corporate America, Banking and Wall St so it would be just as safe and efficient. It would get rid of all the greedy blood suckers responsible for the mess where in. The very same ones who scream the government is waging war on wealth are the very same ones responsible for exporting the Nation's economic base overseas, selling out our National Security... our Soveriegnty. They stole billions upon billion... I say seize everything they own, tax the hell out them and make them pay before sending to meet their new roommates in Federal Prisons!!!
