And like last year, we have special consideration for all Team Shelby members and Shelby owners! This year the show will be held on May 9th, 2009 at Sterling Ford, Ottawa, Canada. All information can be seen at www.stangmyster.ca Also, we have more sponsors and more prizes. Shelby Performance Parts is participating in a big way. Big prizes will be given to the top three winners of our Mustang trivia contest. Make sure to brush up on your Mustang history!!! The event will be going throught the evening and ending the next day with a brunch for all who must stay overnight. canuck Posted March 11, 2009 Report Share Posted March 11, 2009 SPRING SHOW OFFERS RESPITE FROM ECONOMIC WORRIES 10 March 2009 -- Ottawa, ON -- While you may wonder where the automotive industry is going, you can still take an afternoon to appreciate some of the best cars ever built. Stephane Ritchot, organizer of the 2nd Annual National All Ford Car Show presented by IKON Wheels, is pleased to announce that the upcoming show will again occur during the National Tulip Festival and will be larger and better than last year's event. Again held on the grounds of Sterling Ford, a turnout of up to 300 classic, contemporary and collectible Ford vehicles is expected. Among the most iconic vehicle in Ford's history, the show is expected to be dominated by Mustang sports cars, but a wide range of other enthusiast models will also be present. Show participants are being asked to bring a new or gently used backpack for donation to the Children's Aid Society of Ottawa. The agency will fill these with school supplies and other necessities for needy families as the new school year approaches. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Sterling Ford, 1425 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa. Show sponsors and supporters have emerged from diverse locations, including Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal. Farther ranging support has come from Florida and Nevada. Sponsors include IKON Wheels, Sterling Ford, Shelby Performance Parts, Mustang Direct, Blacktop Professional Auto Care, Meguiars Canada, Lethal Performance, HYPE Energy Drink, DaSilva Racing and LenTech Performance.
