Mustang_Scotty
I just removed the airbag cover today to send to SHelby. It still has the original film on it. Should I remove it before I send it or maybe write on it to say remove to keep it clean or does it matter. Any other recommendations I should do? I would remove the film and pack it good with bubble wrap and packing paper. I put painter tape on my cover to indicate where and what I wanted on my cover. Also, don't forget to put a piece of painters tape on the back of the cover w/ your name, address, phone no. and CSM no. just in case it gets separated from the box you ship it in....Now comes the hard part, hurry up and wait for it's return. You won't be sorry! Craig

Your donation receipt, cancelled check and certificate of authenticity should be more than enough to "prove" that your autograph is legit. While I can not speak for the CSCF my opinion is that sending a camera and asking for a pic could cause a delay or even the possibility that its forgotten. Although it may not sound like a big deal its little things that can slow down the process. For example posters are one of the worst things for Mr Shelby to autograph. Why you ask? Well it takes one or two extra people to hold the poster flat so Mr Shelby can autograph it and once its been autographed if the ink is still wet it then smears when the poster curls back onto itself. Mr Shelby has limited time each week to autograph items so the simplier its kept the smoother the overall operation runs. Steve
Mustang_Scotty
Lets not get crazy now. Charity or not Hes getting $250.00. I think he could find it in his heart to hold the poster to sign it. And to take 2 seconds of his life to take 1 picture since I paid $45,000.00 for his car would be nice too. Grabber
To be fair, the deal says "autograph - $250.00". Nothing more. I agree. The money for the autograph does not include a photo shoot.

I saw that CSCF charged my CC $265.00, so it is in their system getting signed. Now the wait. BTW, I asked that they send me an email with the UPS tracking number.
