I am sure they are very busy and it could be simply they do not have the time right now to respond to my emails. I have not received my book which was ordered in September and my membership package has not arrived. Grabber or Coldy, do either one of you have a good connection with Sharon or Robert? Hi Sharon, My wife and I moved in March of 08 so maybe this has something to do to with the items not showing up.
