GT500 on the track

Nice vid . That's one of the guys on the SVT performance boards.

I believe it was one of his first runs with the car. He said the brakes were awsome but it needed to be lowered a couple of inches and also needed wider tires, at least 10 -10 1/2". I'm sure with a few changes he will be passing that ZO6.

He normally races a 2000 Cobra R.

He's the moderator of the GT500 forum there. And he did pass the Z ( btw it was a C5 not a C6). He said all of his advantage was in braking and getting deeper into the corners. But he went through a set of front pads half way through the weekend. I'm watching his mod list rather closely!

He is a good guy to watch and take note of with regards to suspension mods . He really knows his way around a road course. His opinion is very valuable.

I noticed that the Vett pulled on him in the straights but he gained in the corners. I would have thought it would have been the opposite. A testament to the awsome brakes and his driving.
