07SHBYGT Posted October 12, 2008 Report Share Posted October 12, 2008 Hi, Can anyone explain the difference in back spacing of the Razor wheels compared to the factory black wheels? The back spacing on my factory wheels are 6 7/8" & the Razor 24 mm are 6". With the Razor being a 9" wide wheel vs the factory wheel of 8 1/2", this would push the tire out 1 3/8" further than factory. Why does Shelby recommend the Razor in the 6" spacing rather than the 40 mm which is a 6 1/2" back spacing. This would move the tires out 7/8" rather than 1 3/8". Has anyone had trouble with the 24 mm (6" spacing) sticking out past the wheel wells or are they flush with the wheel wells? Thanks Bob Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
