2009 MUSTANG pic

Recommended Posts

Remember the '05 Mustang concept car? It had the Shelby front clip.

Then they hit their heads and changed it.

Same thing might happen. The concept might look very cool. But - then the bean counters muck it up.

Time will tell.

This might be a better pict, but to me it just looks like a new front end on a current Mustang.

Also, the retractable hard top that is on the same page is a pretty cool idea. Too bad it looks like crap when it is up. I would be cool if it could be made to look like an old 65-68 square-back Mustang. There is bound to be some people out thre wanting new Mustangs, but like the square-back look better than the 2+2 look. (I'm not one of them, but I'm sure some people like the look of their dad's Mustang)

AHH...Teacher...Grasshopper nee  ds your guidance. The photos that Tim posted were interesting. I am one that is not interested in "fresh new Mustang model every year. I think that Ford should continue the pattern of about every 4 or 5 years. A tweak here and there is fine, but lets not ruin a good thing by changing it every year. Were likely to end up with something less desireable. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry RUFDRAFT,

Let's hope Ford keeps the current

look of the Mustang we now have.

In the picture, It looks like someone

sat something heavy on the

front end of the car we have now,

and smashed the hood down over the

headlights and grill.

I have a 65 coupe that I've been

working on for over 12 years.

It's now finished! :shift:

Prostang - my apologies.

That is probably the hottest looking '65 I've ever seen!

Man. I'm speechless.

Can you give us a link to the details?

And - why can't you marry my sister-in-law?

I am humbled. That thing must really rock.

Very nice 65, If only I bought 1 before the new one came out that retro look screwed me over on ever buying one for a decent price around here there going for 5k if they need paint/interior/minor mechanical work and im talking plain jain 289's dont even get me started on the big blocks or even the fastbacks/conv. 4 yrs ago I could have bought a 68 california special for 5k all it needed was paint, but I dident have money at the time and when I had the money it was to late, lol one day ill have one, when the current mustang is considered antique lol. And the 09 looks good IMO it look 10 times better if it had that hurricane under the hood, lmao.

Musclemaniac,

Thank you.

There are times I wish I had a new

stang.Old ones are cool but they don't

handle as good has the new ones do,

and there not as safe.Years ago I bought

a new 85' Mustang GT.It was a fun car

I sold it to help with the down payment on a house.

I still miss it

And with all the cool stuff you can buy and

personalize your new stang the skies the limit.

Prostang65: Your motor compartment is the cleanest, sharpest I have seen. Very nice. The interior photo rocks. I am sure that photos do not do the car justice. You definately are a pro.

Prostang - I'll bet it puts a smile on your face every time you punch the loud pedal!

A very - very - very sweet ride, my friend.

If you ever take it out - give us some numbers.

How must it feel to put in 12 years? How often do you just sit and look at it?!
