Bunky
There's a Shelby GT-California I'm interested in at a dealer near me. However, they have added a rear spoiler, that doesn't appear to be a Shelby part, ...which I feel detracts from the car. It actually looks like a Roush unit. ...think I have grounds to negotiate down?

David Hawkins
The Roush Spoiler is a 3 Piece Spoiler. Ford put together a special Package for the V6 Mustang that includes the Roush Rear Spoiler & Hood Scoop and they are Painted Flat Black to match the Flat Black Stripes. David. It looks like this one, except painted orange with the silver stripes. For some reason it seems a little "interesting" a dealer would mix Shelby parts with Roush parts. It's another thing once it's purchased. Maybe I'm being tooo picky.

David Hawkins
Is the Quarter Panel Pieces Bolted on or stuck on with Double Sided Molding Tape? If Bolted on, I think your stuck with that Spoiler. David.

If Bolted on, I think your stuck with that Spoiler. David. I didn't check to see how it was installed, and yes, that's the one in the link. Just waiting for my check to see how good a deal I can get, I'm hoping cash talks!. May have to settle for a blue one, ...I've seen a few advertised for $27K the last few weekends. Personally, I would say its a negative. But hey - to each his own. If you like it dont let it be the deciding factor. Looks like the Roush spoiler for sure:
MY500SS
I'm a huge fan of the Shelby GT-C. My local dealer in Simi Valley has two on his lot. I was told under MSRP will take it. How much under I don't know. As for the rear spoiler, I like the look of the Shelby GT stock, with out the spoiler. My .
