They are holding them until the dealers in general area have equal share as to their allotment. They of course still have the stripe issue, clutch issues, convertible shaker issue, dash squeek issue, but now after dealers have taken a couple first cars and or PL cars your car could be W A Y down the road until the share has been spread across country. And as discussed in the "Non SVT/Non PA dealership orders" thread, it seems Ford is working on a lot of the non-SVT dealer orders in the 2nd quarter of the 2007 model-year.
