2007 GT/CS Mods

Just fitted this rad and fuse box cover to my GT/CS. I really liked the end result. It came from SS Inserts and really is a quality product. I had to have a slot cut for the CAI but that was no biggie and it came up quite neat. The rad cover is actually a 2 piece cover but really tidies up the front end.

 

I was also impressed that it comes without cut outs for the prop rod.

 

Thought I would post the pics in case any of the SGT guys like the concept.

 

PS. The spots in a couple of the photo's are raindrops, not marks

That looks really nice. I have been looking at that and wondering how hard it would be to cut hole for the hood pins. Did you do the cutting on yours or have it done? How hard was it to cut? Thanks.

I had it laser cut for a better finish. It would be very hard to do yourself, it is 1/16" SS, but I am sure you could find a local machine shop that can cut this. I would assume you would only need to drill holes, but maybe wrong, for hood pins. You could certainly do that yourself.

I was going to get that one myself but ended up getting the polished one from UPR instead. I like that yours goes all the way across. Looks more finished.
