watch this video, and notice at the end when he red lines the engine a yellow 'SVT' light comes on in the tach. i have not heard anything about this before, is it just a visual warning or can it be set to light at various rpm, too use as a shift light?

thanks

It is a RPM shift indicator light.

It is completely adjustable/programmable from 1500 to 6000 in 100 rpm incriments

there is also an audible warning too. they can be turned on or off.

If the SVT rpm light is not programmed or shut off the light will stay lit in RED.

The Redline is 6000 but fuel shutoff is 6250

The SVT is a programmable shift light. You can turn it on/off (if off as shift light, it's on all of the time), set the RPM for activation and turn on/off the audible the signal. It works OK. With the LEDs available it could have been a bit brighter.
