gamera291
Hey guys, not sure if this has been posted yet, but check out this flat black GT500. Steve at GAS said that its a clear coat and can be waxed, but I'm not sure how. The painter I talked to said waxing flat black will make it shine a little. Grabber
I bet that car is hard to keep clean. I also bet that when it's a little dirty....it looks dirtier that it really is. I don't care for the look.

RStangsOC
Naaa, doesnt do a thing for me. Not really into the flat black look except for MAYBE on a rat rod. Much prefer a real shiny paint job
CRQuarto
Ok, my roommate pointed out what is wrong with the car. It needs contrast, in the shape of two gloss black racing stripes or gloss black super snake style striping. THAT would make it pop. Maybe carbon fiber striping like the Challenger even. BoneDoc
fugly. agree that it looks like a (bad) clone now. :barf: can you get 675 HP with CAI/Tine/Pully only? I would have to see that to believe. I have those mods and am making little less than 600 HP at the crank (495 RWHP)? seems like an awful lot unless he has aggressive tune with race fuel maybe? each to his own. Son of GT
:barf: And that's what I told Steve when I saw that car. And then I told him it that's the way the owner wants it, so be it, but it would look 100% better (if that's possible) if they installed smoke turn signal lenses instead of clear, and if they had just a little contrasting color on the wheels too. BTW, that's not the only FB GT500 they have produced either; there is another.
