You can follow the instructions on Grabbers posting from above, or when you are replying to a post, you will see all the different icons just above the reply box. The one that looks like the little green mountain scene is called "insert image". If you hit that button, another box will pop up which is where you put the link to your picture. On your picture in Photobucket, you can cut and past from the address at the top of the screen, or right click on your image and go to properties to cut and past the address from there and then hit ok.
