The are made by DPE wheels, 20/8.5 fronts and 20x10 rearsI think he said they where $3500 for the set new. the tires are nitto 245/35/20 frts & 305/35/20 drag radials rear... mach 1 1970 Posted July 10, 2008 Report Share Posted July 10, 2008 Just a quick question , what would the 1965-66 Shelby,1969 z/28 be with out the stripes? The Shelby GT500 cars look GREAT with out the stripes. On the otherhand the Ford GT with out the stripes looks awfull to me. When you see a Mustang GT or 6cyl with stripes it looks after market. I think some lighter color Shelby,s look to plain with out the stripes. Just my 2 cents from an old man who grew up with the OLD Shelby's and owned a few.
