SuperSnake08
Well- after debating for months I took the plunge and picked up an 1800mi Red 2007 coupe to compliment my 08 Grabber coupe that will be Supersnaked later this year. I will be doing the 40th Anniversay package on the Red 07. I just had this feeling haunting me that I would be sorry if I did not own a 2007. I searched coast to coast for a mint 07 with the Red/white/crimson/charcoal and was fortunate to find one in Tampa. I flew up there today and drove her home after being thrilled with the condition of the car. It was owned by the owner of a FL west coast dealership . Plus- I got 20.5 mpg moving along at 70-80. Came home with fuel to spare. Enjoy the pix!!

Just kidding- I am a financial advisor who spends way more money on cars than my training tells me to. Yes I am weak and addicted to these darn things. Congrats on the Torch Red beauty. Your garage is going to look great with both those Shelby's parked in it.
1960apache
Thanks guys- I am a professional money spender. Just kidding- I am a financial advisor who spends way more money on cars than my training tells me to. Yes I am weak and addicted to these darn things. That's funny, I work as a Corporate Financial Consultant! But, I have learned "Never" use the words, "Investment" and "Automobile" in the same sentance, it raises too many eyebrows in confusion! (non-car people) I pretty much bailed out of all my Real Estate and collector cars back in 2006! Thankfully I was right!! I kept a 69 427 tri-power, Corvette,(A/C, high option's etc.) and a 70 Triple Black GT500 Vert, which I figured would do well with all the hype surrounding the new GT500, and it has! I can justify the new M3 because I use it for meeting with Clients etc.! So I still have a weakness in relation to "The Numbers" I find myself wandering through many dealerships like a kid in a candy store for the first time, and then eventually someone has to tell me the "Price", which brings me back to reality because the "Calculator" in my brain starts to add it all together, Tax+Insurance+Upkeep+Wear and tear+depreciation+door dings+tires from too many burnouts, etc. and ruins the whole effect! Then I start thinking, "Hmmmm, if I sell the 70 GT500 I could buy........NO NO NO, stay focused my brain tells me!!! Anyway, I am starting to feel like a Vulture, waiting for the right time, and the right New GT500 to jump on!! Sighhhhh!!!! In the mean time I will just have to live vicariously through the lucky guys on this forum who have the Super Snake!!! Anyway, if you need any help spending "Your" money, I will be happy to help!
