He she is folks: Do you have the specs for the KB? It was stated that it was 500 RWHP, but is it really 500 BPHP? Or did you tune it back some? Is it the stock KB tune? Either way, 441 makes for alot of fun...

Pastor Passum
WOW Dig-It...Jim like :happy feet: That's purdy and I'm not a huge fan of blue. The wheels and hood rock. Looking forward to more pics and impressions. I'm sure it's been stated before but tell me again the type and size wheels as well as tire sizes. Thanks Jim
twobjshelbys
Need pics of inside engine compartment. The CAI moves from the driver side down by where the radiator coolant overflow tank, so that has to move. I'd like to see how they rearrange things. I'm still gonna get one though. AndyGJ
Kevin, I only know one word to describe it......SWEEEEEEEEEEET! Sorry, that was my chin hitting the E key when I saw the "flat line" dyno sheet. Andy.
AFBLUE
Did they take the hood pin lock (circular piece) off your factory hood, or did you buy a second one?
Dig-It
Thanks for the compliments everyone. I promise to take a lot of pics, inside and out, and report driving impressions as soon as she's delivered. WOW Dig-It...Jim like :happy feet: That's purdy and I'm not a huge fan of blue. The wheels and hood rock. Looking forward to more pics and impressions. I'm sure it's been stated before but tell me again the type and size wheels as well as tire sizes. Thanks Jim Jim, the wheels are American Racing Shelby Special Edition Torq Thrust M in chrome (18"x9" front & 18"x10" rear). The tires are BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW2 (255/45ZR18 front & 285/40ZR18 rear). All were purchased through Wayne Morris Ford (Thanks again Michael!) Did they take the hood pin lock (circular piece) off your factory hood, or did you buy a second one? It's a second set that I ordered from SPP. I'm leaving the originals on my stock hood. The only down side is that they say "Shelby" vice "Shelby GT".

Here she is folks: Did you have them de-tune the KB to the 441 ? I would like to have mine done someday but wouldn't want to push the envelope on the HP for the motor. What kind of boost is it setup for ? By the way it looks AWESOME !

I would like to have mine done someday but wouldn't want to push the envelope on the HP for the motor. What kind of boost is it setup for ? By the way it looks AWESOME ! It's the tune that came with the kit - not detuned & not tweeked. That's on 8 lbs of boost.

07SGT0546
I've been looking at a similar hood via the Mustang Depot, and the LMP website (hood is made by Trufiber). Is this the same hood? And if so, were you able to order it through SAI? I'm trying to keep the Shelby blood-line pure, but am fed up with the hood scoop issues and really want a functional hood. Your car looks great. Congratulations and enjoy. S/F

Congratulations and enjoy. S/F The hood is from Cervini's, though I hear that Trufiber makes a great hood as well. I wasn't able to order through Shelby. However, to me, this hood is a functional, long term, but temporary mod until the final-ultimate-till-the-end-of-the-universe hood scoop fix is out. That's why everything that Quantum put in the engine bay fits underneath a stock hood.
