08SGT0004 Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 If you want the stick you'll be disappointed with the auto. It's simply not as much fun to drive if you prefer a stick. My opinion, of course. Standard or nothing for the SGT... otherwise save even more $$$ and just buy the GT with auto. The auto probably has faster E.T. in the 1/4 mile, but that's about the only plus bside having your starbucks during morning rush hour. Love the way the 5-spd drifts thru a u-turn in slow motion with relative ease... Kickin' the tail loose in 2nd from side to side all the way up the freeway entrance ramp every now and then will leave a big 'ole grin on your face too!!! "No eating, drinking, smoking... cell phones against seat/in cup holders and ink pens allowed..." "And don't scratch my door sills either..." It's like that or they can bounce...
