BUICK468
I am looking for a good car cover that fits well for inside storage only, something soft that won't scratch the paint and offers a little bump protection. I have an 07 SGT that has the Cobra rear spoiler and a CS6 hood. Anybody bought a cover to fit a SGT and found that with the spoiler and CS6 hood, it still fits well? Thanks!! Check the Shelby Performance Parts web site, they have the covers that fit both without and with the rear spoilers..you just have to call them for the one with the rear spoiler...they are pricey though...I don't have one, but I do want one... BTW, I saw the 1970 GS Stage1 in your sig...I used to have one of those and would love to see pics of yours if you can send me some...They are GREAT cars too!!! Most car covers are manufactured by CoverCraft Industries and are re-sold under many other brand names besides CoverCraft. Indoor only covers offer almost zero protection from door dings so you'll need to go with an outdoor cover. Technalon fabric outdoor covers are made out of the thickest material so that fabric will offer the most protection from dings. The Technalon cover falls about in the middle of the price range. Its not the cheapest cover nor is it the most expensive cover. Good luck Steve

Try this http://www.wolfautocovers.com/ I have purchased 2 from this company, one for the Shelby and one for the 97 Cobra. High quality at a great price. I ordered the custom fit for a 2007 gt w/ spoiler or without. I actually order "without spoiler" and it fits great. I then added the spoiler and still fits very well. I will be buying a 3rd one for the 67 once restoration is complete.

I bought the SPP one and they called up to confirm that I had the CS6 hood and no spoiler. The cover was then "custom" made for my car. I have to say it is the nicest cover I have ever seen. That and it matches the car black with silver stripes. It is a little pricey but for what I got I think it was worth it.

I purchased one also - I have a custom one from california car cover for my GTO and For my Cobra and now they look inferior and they are. Well worth the $ SHELBYGUY
strawberrytetra
Got my cover thru Shelby Performance Parts and I really like the satin outside and the soft fabric on the inside of it. It was a bit pricey but I like it. B)

CoverKing (Link) It is for indoor use only and you can get it to match your SGT paint job. I absolutely love mine and it comes with a small duffle bag to put it in when it is not on your SGT. I purchased a Blue with Silver stripes from Shelby Parts. A guy from CA. called me to make sure on all the equipment I had on before he made it. Got it and it fits like a glove. The best one I have ever bought. 100% satisfied! Voltage
William Rodgers
I am probably going to buy the one from SPP, but I am hesitant to buy the white with Silver Stripes, it will be to difficult to keep clean. I am debating the black or even the blue with silver stripes. Any one have the White want to give an opinion???
RogerS
No but I ordered mine from CoverKing, same material, no stripes or logo's black sides and red center. http://www.coverking.com/customcarcoversp.html
kaiserkreb
Does anyone know a good outdoors one to get to protect from the harsher elements? My car has to sit outside for the foreseeable future until my garage is finished and I don't want to be stuck in a hailstorm and not have anything to cover the car with aside from running out with a large piece of cardboard and a hockey helmet and holding it over the car until the storm passes. I mean, I'd do it, but there has to be a better way while the garage is not an option.

I have the white one and love it, fits perfect and stays nice and clean, remember to put towels over your tires or your tire dressing may get the inside of the cover dirty, other wise, you can throw it in the wash machine and air dry. We hardly ever see hail up here in central SK but I just want to be prepared cause it can get pretty nasty when it does show up. Hopefully the garage is ready soon though..
