I debated the Torque Thrusts, love them in chrome on white, but in the end they looked to much like stock and I liked the CS69's more when I saw them in person. Personally, if I am going to drop the dime on new wheels, I want to put a wider wheel on the back. That's just me though, you may have a different opinion on this. UGH, more of the rivet look...I don't like them...The second set looks nice, but I still don't think they'll allow the use of larger brakes...
