IF YOU HAVE 725 HP,KB YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS, Open your hood and go to the mass air flow sensor, trace the wire , if you have a diablo sport module located out of sight , make sure the wire is not hanging down on th exaust..... I found mine had partially melted from being unsecured :redcard:

3)where I am relocating it , not yet secured..... It was previously just hanging down under the cold air intake, Ken

OK, I think I am pretty much at the point where I am ready to Axe the idea of having $80k into a car that has been having some of the problems I am seeing and hearing! Maybe I am being a bit negative, but most of the problems are beyond rediculous, and to the point where I really wonder "What is next"??????

I can under stand your hesitants, but I have to say, I have NO problem with where I am with this car, Its all part of the history and I am happy to be a part of it... Its smoken fast and has more in it, I enjoy being part of the group that are testing and working out any problems that may come up, Bud and everyone at Shelby are dedicated to building a quality product, and are willing to deal with any isues that arise... KEN

You have to realize that between the series 1 and the hertz to present, Shelby has gone frome 0 to 150+ while still holding on to the door handle,..... we're all part of what happens next, you can contribute to the problem or join in on the solution, the history is in the future, Ken

Thanks for the info I must tell you I found mine loose and close to the exhaust shortly after I got it home. I found a piece of Velcro on the floor of the trailer I used to being it home. It still had the wax paper on it. I just kept it. At my locale car show a Friend noticed the unit hanging loose and close to the exhaust. I noticed the Velcro on it and new Justin just never stuck it to the engine. No harm or foul. I just bedded in the brakes, a total of 30 80mph to 20 mph stops and cool downs in between. Didn't have one issue. I'll be at Sebring this weekend and don't expect any problems. The package is as near flawless as humanly possible. Sorry I did not post what I had found earlier.
