BanditSRT8
Hey Guys , Who is selling the front bra for our shelbys??????? Thanks Keep in mind that in general, a bra is not good for your paint. While it is a smart move to use on on a long road trip (bugs, rock chips, etc) long term use can harm your paint. The 3M clear bra is a great solution, and is almost completely invisible as well. dlangvardt
Colgan Custom makes bras for the GT500, SGT, California Special. colgancustom.com I've been using one on my GT500 for about a year with no damage to the paint. Colgan has been making bras for years.
Grabber
I went with the clear bra as well. Made by venture shield. Here's the link. http://www.teamshelby.com/forums/index.php...ic=10902&hl=
mciarochi
I have a Colgan. I used it on a x-country road trip, and took it off half way there. I haven't put it back on. There are spots under the bra that collect dirt, smoke, etc. It needed claybar to clean that stuff out. I took photos, and have been planning to send them to colgan along with suggestions and the bra. I won't re-sell something that I won't put on my own car. I'd go with the clear if I had it to do over again, but I'm not sure I want a do-over. Interestingly enough, I have three small chips from all this travel. Inside the lip of the lower grill, the passenger door post, and the C-dimple behind the drivers door. None of the three spots are covered by any bra that I've seen. Which is only a couple times a year and my car isn't a daily driver thats why Idon't want to use the 3m clear bra..
