Alan They are cut exactly to fit the headlight and you just press them on. I haven't had any problem with them moving. They stick extremely well. The install was about 30-40 minutes .. headlights, markers & fogs.. total cost $65.00 Are those like a static cling that you can just put on and take off again or once they are on they are on and can't be reused if taking off again?
