old guy
Well, it was a nice day today so after working in the back yard for a while, we decided to clean the cars. The sun was low, so the photos didn't come out too great, but you'll get the idea of what we did. Mine is the GT500 and Pauline's is the SGT. I like the the scoop insert though. where did you get that?

No offense taken... to each his own. Many of the parts, including the scoop intake, were custom made.

motorjock205
Looking good there Old Guy! I'd be interested in information on the lower grill and lights on that SGT if you wouldn't mind sharing that information on how it was done, where you got the parts and what parts were used...That's interesting! SGT0701
Nice! 2 questions: What type of tint did you use on the SGT rear window? I like the stripe in the tint. Also are those CS66 wheels on the GT-500? Where did you get the center caps?
old guy
The lower billet grill was made from an older grill. The rods were hand cut to fit the openings and holes for the lights were fabricated. Then it was assembled, polished and installed. The whole thing is extremely sturdy, actually more so than the upper grill. As for the rear window tint stripes, they were cut by the tinter using black and silver tint, then laid onto the window (carefully, I would imagine. I have since seen that evolution uses the same technique on some of their cars. The wheels are the 20" CS66 from SAI. The center caps also came from SAI. twobjshelbys
"Old Guy" ain't all that old either, and their cars are pretty cool. When you guys were leaving there were two sounds: The GT500 supercharger. The GT's exhaust. Very Nice! Both. Good to meet you!
