His car and mine have posed a few times together on here Heres one pic of Oz, his wife and #3 michael morris Thanks Michael for all of your help. I know that your red #14 is going to miss old #03. We had a great ride for the 650 miles from Perry, Ga. to Manassas, Va. This car is awsome There is not a street car that can compare with the power and handling of these cars. If you can imagine hoping into a NASCAR and driving it on the street that would be as close as you can get. The car has an uncomfortable feel to it at first and is almost intimidating. But it only takes a few miles to realize that you just don't need much acceleration. It handles very well in traffic if you just use 1/4 inch of pedal. I only had a couple of items that I had issues with. 1) spots on stripes, 2) headlights condinsation 3) wheel weights sling off. When we came up the road We got a lot of thumbs up, especially in the Charlotte, N.C. area. I did open it up a few times and it doesn't take long to get to 150. But the car handles very well even then. I did let my oldest son take it for a spin when we came through Greene county Va. and I think he stired up the County Police nest there since for the next 2 days the county and State police placved road blocks looking for a Black Super Snake with temp Ga. tag. We sneeked out late. Late I was challenged by a Black Charger a couple of times, I didn't take the bait and he turned out to be a State Police with unmarked car. Now I know how Jessy James felt when someone thought they was faster on the draw. You're going to get this, just be careful you don't have to prove anything. These 725 hourses can run. Thanks to Amy, Bud, Adrienne and all of the folks at Shelby Autos, especially Carroll Shelby. Oz Lamonds

I'll be taking it to Virginia International Raceway in Danville, Va. on the 31May for the SVT/Cobra meet. It should be a fun day. They will let us take out cars on the track, although I probably won't, Come and enjoy the day with other Shelby nuts. Oz Lamonds

I wasnt going to track my car in VEGAS, but after thinking about it I did and it was a BLAST. If there was a track closer I think I would do it more often. You dont have to run the car that hard, just run a few laps and see how it handles and how well you do driving it. michael morris
