RDA Group survey?

I was wondering how many other owners got an initial quality survey from the RDA Group on their GT 500? It's the company that Ford uses and is a similar process to the JD Power survey that most have heard of. I also thought it was odd that there was a crisp new $1 bill in the envelope with the survey.

I got my car in Dec and a month or so ago I got the survey in the mail. It's about 9 pages long and asks alot of questions and asks for ratings on various aspects of the car quality. I filled it out and mailed it in. Last night RDA called asked me some follow up questions based on my answers. They said that my answers would shared with Ford engineers and marketing.

I told them that I was overall very pleased with the car but had a few items of corncern that I was slightly bothered by. I told them I felt like this car shoudl have been treated a little differently since it was such a premium price vs a regular Mustang.

The concerns and what I told them:

1. No paint on the rear axle housing and driveshaft, leading to instant rust. I said this was unaccaptable for a $45K+ car just to save a few dollars.

2. Leaking coolant hose clamps. Mine was leaking when it came off the truck. I fixed it myself. Ford knows about the weak clamps. Do something!

3. For this car, the paint should should be 100% perfect. Mine has visible sanding marks on the underside of the rear spoiler and several small imperfections.

4. The tape stripe overlap seams on the rear spoiler look bad.

Anyone else had one of these from RDA?

I recall filling out some sort of mail-in survey after I purchased my car but it focused on the dealer experience, which for the most part I was happy with. However, I made it a point to elaborate on the unpainted rusty axle in the comments section.

That makes it 600 posts for me.

Here's an interesting one ... I received a mailer and follow-up call from a Ford designated vendor RE an after purchase emissions test. They sent a technician to my worksite. He plugged into my wire harness, downloaded some readings onto a laptop (took two minutes) and then handed me a $50.00 check from his company. The qualifiers we discussed were: new car, with no performance mods to the motor and/or exhaust. My car has ~3200 miles, not sure if they had a min/max criteria ...

Anyone else have this happen?
