Well we get to see the GT500 get some more air time with the KR being set to air this coming Fall. I thoght they auctioned off those KRs at Barrett Jackson in Florida? You can just see it now, a KITT kit for your Shelby. I can not wait for the double wing to come out ! It might look good on my SGT :yup: SUDDEN.

Don't forget, the cars in the movie were not GT500's or KRs, they were Mustang GT's with modifications.

Only we know that, the general public will not. Also you can be sure that Shelby and Ford will get a lot of attention, which is good. Remeber the Elenor, it was not a Shelby either but look what it did for the 67 G.T. 500. SUDDEN.

based on the quality of the tv movie, I have a hard time saying that I am looking forward to the tv series. :banghead:

good publicity for our cars, but the substance of the plot needs some attention. ;)

If they have some weekly car chase scenes a`la Bullit (with Steve McQueen), I'd watch it every week. Especially if the other car is a ricer (but they could throw in a Dodge or Chevy for variety sake). The plot wouldn't matter much to me. Even Shelby or Ford could use the show as a means of promoting mods (either performance or appearance) by showing what they are doing each week to KITT. Kinda like Horsepower TV with a plot :yahoo:

I would watch it, the main character is not hard on the eyes including the Kr and the guy :hysterical: . I use to watch the original weekly. I am just hoping that they keep the commercials and Hasselhof to a minimum.

I didn't know that either. All the publicity that I read said they were KR's which did surprise me. Hmm....

I'd watch the tv show to see where they take it (watching for the stangs is a given), though as others have said, they do need to put a bit more substance to the plot.

So does this mean while Robert is starring at the car you are starring at the guy? :hysterical:

a car chase every week would be good as long as it can get away from the Edge next time! :hysterical::hysterical:
