OPENING OF SHELBY CORNER CAFÉ TO MARK BEGINNING OF NHRA WEEKEND IN LAS VEGAS

I was just out there a week ago as did the Museum delivery thing for my Shelby GT and by the time I left it was lunch time and about 108 degrees outside and not including the heat index off that parking lot either. Considering no other food joints in the area we decided to try the Shelby Corner Cafe and had the Cobra Burger and a Lemonade and I must say that might have been the best burger I've ever eaten!! Being a BBQ eater I was expecting some plain jane BBQ sauce and was very surprised at how good the sauce was! The Lemonade was exactly like your Grandma used to make too. If in the area, you got to try it as the food was very good! Compliments to the cook :beerchug:
