If so, can you tell us what you like/dislike about the handling, engine, gauge cluster, etc... It has been a while since we had an update and inquiring minds are getting curious. Hope you are both enjoying your rides. JW I have been updating the 08SS0014 is home thread every few days. Let me try to recap here for you. I have put about 100 miles on the SS. Yesterday I changed the Borla mufflers for the FRPP mufflers. I wanted the car louder than it was. Im not saying that most folks will not enjoy the Borlas, but they didnt make the sound that I wanted. Before I change them I drove about 40 miles and the muffler noise wasnt to bad inside the car. Now you do have to speak up alittle more than you did before. This is why SAI put on the mufflers they did. Not everyone will like the mufflers I have. They do make the car SOUND better, but you pay for it inside the cabin! I finally go to drive on a some what curvy road Saturday. I really like the way the car handles. Its very tight with VERY little lean in the corners. Going down the interstate on smooth lanes the car rides great, but when you have to drive on concrete the expanison joints will get your attention. Im very OK with that. I wanted the car to be as close to what I would consider a streetable racecar. Im NOT a racecar driver and some folks might not think as much about the car as I do, but ITS AWESOME!!! The engine is EVERYTHING anyone could ask for. It has STUPID power. Its CRAZY quick! Once I turned the TC off the car is a BLAST to drive! The guages look and fit perfect. Im thinking about taking out the bulbs and making them red to match my inside light, but thats not something SAI could have done. I LOVE the car. The 08SS0014 thread is getting to long to go thru and look for driving updates. I will post them in the 605 vs 725 thread.
