seems like a very dangerous way to do a dyno run

? I have only ever heard/seen one strap break, andd that was beause the turbo exhaust melted one of four hold downs. and they are generally chocked as well. If your refering to that little bit of squirrelliness on the shifts, I would have no problem letting mine be run that way. I would much rather have a proper data set to tune from. When I did my 97, I ran the car from idle through fifth, from 1800 and 2200 clutch drops through fourth, and from 2600 in second through fourth. My tuner found something to take into account from each run in the final tune. :shrug:
